ALL SALES ARE FINAL and all items are to be paid for by Sept. 4th. This will be an online only auction without reserve. Pick-up will be at three locations. Pickup for lots 115 - 123 and 125 - 140 will be at Gallery 46 at 870 Hwy 46 in New Braunfels August 30/31, during normal work hours. Lot 124 be by appointment only in New Braunfels. It will need to be paid for prior to pickup. Lots 1 - 114 will be picked up near Canyon City on Sept 3rd, from 9 am until 4 pm. The address will be given on the paid invoice All items are sold as is, where is with all faults By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Buyer's premium rate will be 15% with a 3% discount for cash only.
