*During simulcast auctions, floor bids will take precedence over pre-bids, max bids and absentee bids in the case of tie bidding.

*Shipping will be provided at buyers expense through shipping saint with shipping and handling fee
*Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to all final bids
*If choosing to pay by card, an additional processing fee will be added of 4%.
*For online auctions, address of pick up and preview will be given via email to registered bidders
* Items not picked up after pick up day will be forfeited with no return of money.
*Pick up will be by appointment through shipping saint on advertised days and times.
*Due to the high volume of successful bidders, pick up times will be heavily followed.
*Buyers are responsible for bringing help to load items.
*Auctioneer agrees to have all items on first floor or outside.
*At conclusion of loading items, buyer must sign receipt that all items are accounted for and return to auctioneering staff.
*Auctioneer has the right to reject any bids.
* Delivery charge is $1.49 per invoiced item and .70 cents per mile up to 30 miles from auction address
* Delivery fee will be paid in full before delivery
*Items that are to be shipped will be shipped within ten business days.
* Items that are damaged in shipping are insured with shipping saint and will be handled through shipping saint.
