By registering for this auction you agree to all terms of this auction.
All items are sold as is where is with no guarentee. All sales are FINAL. No returns, credits or refunds.
Conditions listed are subjective and are based upon information provided by the consignor. We strive to be accurate and honest in our descriptions but will not be responsible or liable for any errors in description. We encourage the buyer to make an appointment to inspect items or to call us to ask questions regarding any items.
All sales are subject to a buyers premium as well as sales tax. The buyers premium is 15.5% and there is a 3.5% discount for cash payments.
Almost all lots are available to be shipped. Shipping charges are the full responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost and/or damaged packages. Shipping insurance may be added at buyers request.
By registering to the auction you are entering into a contract with The Auction House LLC. You are accepting responsibility to perform your duties as a winning bidder which include but are not limited to, full payment and picking up your winnings in a timely fashion. We reserve the right to charge a storage fee as well as reserve the right to resell items after 30 days whenthey are considered abandoned. In addition you agree that The Auction House LLC, its officers, owners, employees, agents, representatives, and consignors will not be held liable for any losses, claims, expenses, fees, liabilities, judgements, and/or any other damages arising from the use of our services, websites, auction property, including property damage, injuries, breach of site, or dispute with another bidder. Any liability to a purchaser will not exceed the purchase price paid.
Failure to uphold the bidding agreement can result in suspension of bidding privleges. The Auction House LLC reserves the right to void any sale, suspend bidding and bidders, or resell any item or lot for any reason.
We will also report any attempted Fraud to the proper authorites.
In the event of legal proceedings the buyer consents to be subject to the personal jurisdiction of the State of New York, County of Erie.
