Auctioneer may withdraw, extend, or rearrange any property or item(s) at their sole discretion at any time without notice and will not be liable for any computer, website or internet malfunction.
All properties are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS and WITH ALL FAULTS," without any warranties expressed or implied or guarantees of any kind. Agent represents the seller only and does not inspect properties on bidders behalf. All information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed, buyer to verify ALL information, to their satisfaction before bidding. It i up to the auctionner to approve or disapprove bidders.
Real Estate Terms: 10% down day of sale with balance due at closing in 30 days. A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price for onsite bidders.
Internet bidders: 11% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price. The winning bidder will be emailed the purchase contract and all associated documents via Authenesign after the conclusion of the real estate auction. The bidder will have 72 hours to bring in or mail in the 10% earnest money deposit to Broyles Real Estate & Auction with balance due at closing in 30 days.
