Bidders are encouraged to view items in person and to do their own research prior to bidding. All items in the Auction are sold "As Is", "Where Is" with no refunds or exchanges, no warranty expressed or implied, unless otherwise notated. By placing a bid, you agree to hold East Valley Auction & Liquidation and its agents harmless of any wrongdoing.
Some items are customer exchanges and returns and may need some cleaning/repair or may not include all needed items or may be only used as parts - no refunds given.
Please do your own due diligence, Preview is encouraged.
The retail price stated may be full retail price or suggested price from the manufacture and not current sale price.
*RESERVE PRICES- Items may have a reserve price, which is an undisclosed price an item will not sell for less then, auction software may bid on behalf of the seller.
*PAYMENT DUE: All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file at the end of the auction. If your payment does not go through it is your responsibly to pay your invoice with the link that will be emailed to you or pay in store when picking up your items. Please look for an invoice from AF360 or a direct email from us.
Payment Methods: Credit cards and Debit Cards, (VISA, MASTERCARD and DISCOVER).
CHARGE BACKS are prohibited - you agree not to charge back your credit card under any circumstances.
*Tax EXEMPT / TAX FREE STATE - If you have a tax-exempt certificate or live in a tax-free state, you must notify us, and send us the tax-exempt certificate PRIOR to bidding. Email the certificate to eastvalleyliquidation@gmail.com
If we are not informed PRIOR to bidding, then you will be responsible for paying tax. No exceptions will be made.
*A $1.00 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid at this auction. The $1.00 is simply a pending hold on your card and is held by the credit card company for varying lengths but typically 24-72 hours. This $1.00 authorization is not actually charged to your card and if you are the winning bidder that payment will be a separate transaction. If you do not win any bids there will be no charges against your account.
*REMOVAL ASSISTANCE: Winning bidders are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items and MUST BRING THEIR OWN HELP AND TOOLS FOR ITEM REMOVAL. WE WILL NOT HELP YOU TO LOAD YOUR ITEMS.
*LATE PICK-UP FEE- A $10:00 late pick up fee will be charged if you do not pick your items up during the pickup times.
*PICK-UP TIMES- WILL BE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES, FROM 8 AM UNTIL 1 PM. If you fail to pick up during these hours, you will be required to pay the $10 LATE PICKUP FEE. Paying the late fee does not hold your item past the forfeit period (one week after the auction closes)
*ITEMS NOT PICKED-UP-- Items not picked up within one week of the close of the auction will be FORFEIT AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. We are open Tues - 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
*SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE (USA ONLY)- You will receive a text message and email asking if you are going to pick up or need shipping. It is YOUR responsibility to advise us of your shipping needs through that text or email. If we do not hear from you about shipping by the Wednesday after the close of the auction, your item(s) will be forfeited, and no refund will be given.
At our discretion shipping may be done by us or with a Third-Party Shipper. We are not responsible for shipping costs, please bid accordingly. The shipping invoice will be sent separate from your auction invoice and must be paid within two days of receiving it. We are not responsible for any damage during shipping or for filing any damage claims with shipping companies.
It may take up to 10 days for us or the shipping company to contact you. You will also need to verify any irregular shipping needs.
If your item is being shipped by our third-party shipping company, you may be contacted by them once your package has been turned over to them.
If shipping invoices are not paid within one week of it being sent to you, the item(s) will be forfeited, and no refund will be given.
If you are in the state of Arizona and request shipping but change your mind after your shipping invoice is sent, there will be a $10.00 handling fee added at time of pick up.
MEDIA MAIL- We do not ship using media mail.

*Won Items – It is your responsibility to know if you are a winning bidder. We are not liable for notifying you that you have won.
*By registering for our auction, you agree to receive text messages from East Valley Auction and Liquidation about our auctions and sales. You will receive up to 4 messages per month. At any time, you can use the opt-out instructions that will be in each text if you wish to stop receiving text messages. Message and data rates may apply. We will not share your information with any other companies.
LIABILITY-View and bid at your own risk. East Valley Auction & Liquidation is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind, to anything or anyone, while previewing, bidding, loading out, or conducting business. Additionally East Valley Auction & Liquidation is not responsible for injury or damage of any kind to anyone or anything relating to items obtained from East Valley Auction & Liquidation by placing a bid, you agree to hold East Valley Auction & Liquidation and its agents harmless regardless of opinion.
TERMS OF THIS CONTRACT- East Valley Auction & Liquidation Reserves the right to change this agreement during or after the auction, as unforeseen circumstances arise and must be dealt with accordingly. East Valley Auction & Liquidation also reserves the right to postpone, extend, or cancel any auction, bid, or items in auction at any time without prior notice. If a lot is offered subject to a reserve, we may implement such reserve by bidding on behalf of the consignor, whether by opening bidding or continuing bidding in response to other bidders until reaching the reserve. If we have an interest in an offered lot and the proceeds there from other than our commissions, we may bid therefore to protect such interest. CONSIGNORS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BID ON THEIR OWN ITEMS. By bidding, you agree that East Valley Auction & Liquidation gets the final say in any disputes that may arise.
BUYER PREMIUM: There is a 15.5% Buyer's Premium in effect for this auction.
All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is" with no warranties expressed or implied unless otherwise stated. Buyers in default will have their bidding privileges permanently revoked and will be charged a 15% re-listing fee based upon their high bid amount. There are no refunds or exchanges. Please bid accordingly.
