DEBT COLLECTION AND INTEREST CHARGES: The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by William Beck, Auctioneer, in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due William Beck, Auctioneer. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Christian County, Illinois.
TERMS: This auction is a soft close auction means that it starts to close at the time stated; however, it is a staggered close which means the entire auction does not close out at the time stated. If it is set to close at 6:00 p.m., the first lot may not close if someone has placed a bid last minute, then this item will stay open for 3 more minutes while other items may be closing. This goes for all lots. As long as someone has bid, 3 more minutes are added to the clock for the lot until there is no more bidding. William Beck, Auctioneer, will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "AS IS" and that they may not return any item they purchase. William Beck, Auctioneer, is providing Internet Bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against William Beck, Auctioneer, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. William Beck, Auctioneer, will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. NO CHARGEBACK PROVISION: Bidder agrees that they will not, under any circumstances, initiate a chargeback, and that they are waiving any such rights that may exist under the agreement between the bidder and the bidder's credit card company. The bidder agrees that, should a chargeback be initiated, the bidder terms and conditions will be conclusive evidence of the bidder's waiver of any chargeback rights. Even if a chargeback is successful, the buyer remains liable for the purchase price, plus costs of collection, including attorney's fees.

Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability. Should there be any technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, William Beck Auction and Realty reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor William Beck Auction and Realty shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
