Online Auction Terms and Conditions
*All items are sold on an “as is” condition the description of the items is believed to be correct and have been described as best as can be. The auctioneer or seller does not guarantee said descriptions. Placing a Bid on an item is the Bidder’s Acceptance of the condition of the item based on their inspection online. The failure of the bidder to expect the items does not constitute grounds for dispute please ask all questions prior to bidding.
*System Failure: in the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, the Auctioneer or seller reserves the right to extend bidding, close the bidding, or continue the bidding. The Auctioneer or seller, online bidding software and service provider shall not be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. The auctioneer or seller reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item or Auction Event. The Auctioneer reserves the right to make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by the Auctioneer.
*Auction closing each Auction item will extend an additional 60 seconds each time there is bidding activity within the last 60 seconds of the Auction closing and will continue to extend 60 seconds until there is no bidding activity within the last 60 seconds of the current close time.
*Buyer’s Premium and Payment: A Buyer’s Premium of 15% will be charged on all online Bids with a 3% discount for Cash. Forms of payment acceptable are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Cash.
*Taxes: North Carolina Sales Tax will be charged at the required rate. Tax Exempt Bidders must have a form E595e on file with the Auction Company to be tax exempt. **NO Exceptions. If we do not have this form, you WILL be charged sales tax. It is the law.
*Item Pickup: Items must be picked up within posted pickup period. Items that are not picked up within the pick-up period invoice will be charged and forfeited. No refunds or charge backs will be granted due to a lack of removal during the designated time.
