If you can not make the pickup dates you must request a refund (25% restocking fee) before the pickup window closes. If you do not notify us your items will be forfeited with no refunds. We hold items a MAX of 7 days after auction close, no exceptions. WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES ANY warranties or guarantees provided in item descriptions are null and void.
