You must be a Member of our Club in order to participate in our sales. You can become a Member by simply completing the registration form. Membership can be cancelled at any time as we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Registration and participation constitutes agreement to all of our Terms & Conditions. All items are sold AS-IS. All items are described to the best of our ability. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges after merchandise leaves the building. Any unpaid items will be considered VOID after 10 days and may be offered to another buyer. Items not picked up within 5 days of payment will be considered ABANDONED and sold for storage fees with no refund to buyer. All of our items feature a soft close bidding format. If a bid on any item is received within three minutes of close, that item will automatically extend for three more minutes. Each time there is bidding activity within the last three minutes of the item close, bidding will continue until there is no bidding activity within the last three minutes of the current close time. Each person bidding assumes all responsibilities related to the sale and items obtained at the sale and agrees to hold The Seller harmless from any liability.
