Upon making payment for property, no stop payment of funds will be honored, any stop payment order of a check or credit card charge back by dispute shall be deemed by the parties to be a prima facie evidence of fraud existing at the time the transaction was consummated and shall be construed by the parties as intent to defraud. Appropriate legal measures will be taken and settled in the jurisdiction of Lawrence County, Alabama. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS: All purchases are to be paid in full with US funds within 7 days of the auction date. This means full payment is due no later than August 8th , 5:00 PM. There will be a $50.00 title fee on all titled items. The only exception to this fee will be bidders with a valid auto resale certificate or out of state buyers. All instate retail buyers will be required to pay 3 % automotive sales tax on vehicles. Titles will be applied for by TAC Enterprises through the state of Alabama and mailed directly to the purchaser from the state. This process may take up to 30 days. ALABAMA RESIDENTS: Personal/company checks will be accepted from Alabama residents with valid picture ID. SALES TAX: All items are subject to 3% Alabama farm tax. The only exception will be bidders that have furnished a valid resale certificate. No other farm tax exemptions are recognized by the Alabama Dept. of Revenue. LOADING INSTRUCTIONS: Loading hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm cst. NO LOADING on Saturday or Sunday. NO EXCEPTIONS! No items will be loaded until paid in full.
