You are expected to pickup your purchases on the scheduled day and times listed in "Auction Details/shipping/pickup" dropdown boxes. If you fail to make arrangements for different pick-up time or day, your items will be relisted and you will receive a negative review and banned from bidding on future auctions.

Any items not picked up within 8 days after any auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without any compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. We realize that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances and a simple phone call to 765-421-9056 may avoid these harsh terms. Grossly negligent offenders however, will be banned from all our future auctions.
Acceptance of Terms: Buyers registering with House of Krauss and placing bids online agree to the following Terms of Sale, which you agree with when you check the box when you register, and place the first bid:

House of Krauss provides ample opportunity for buyers to thoroughly inspect goods to be sold. All purchases should be made on the buyer's own recognizance. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subject to these terms. All lots are sold "As is". There are no warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. House of Krauss and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the merchandise, the correctness of the catalog, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance or provenance be deemed a guarantee.

*Some items may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown on the catalog using the bid price x quantity. (EXAMPLE- "12.50 x 4" equals a total bid of $50.00.)

Shipping - Actual Carrier Cost (We ship via FedEx, UPS and USPS), plus costs for electronic signature plus insurance).
Handling - Items that need added packing time/supplies will have additional charges added depending on quantity or items required.
