There is a 15% Buyers premium charged to all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases unless a valid Texas resale certificate is filed with us before bidding ends on the auction. Shipping in the continental US only due to the high cost of quality packing material and labor involved, there is an additional charge for packing and shipping. Credit Cards will be charged immediately following auction close and email notification will be sent the evening the auction closes. Auction closes starting at 6:00 p.m. CST, Thursday, July 25, 2024. Pick up days are Saturday and Sunday, July 27 & 28, 2024. 10 - 4 pm CST. Appointments are required to limit the amount of people at one time. If you show up without an appointment, you may be asked to wait until we have some free time to help you. You will be packing, moving and loading your own items. Pick up appointment information will be sent via email with the invoice once the auction has closed. Beautiful Blessings is not responsible for any outages of the online auction. We reserve the right to rerun any auction at our discretion. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Beautiful Blessings reserves the right to refuse registration, bidders and bids at our discretion. All items must be picked up during the published times. If you cannot make pick up during the established times, please do not bid. Do not risk placing a bid, hoping we can store your items for a later pickup. We do not have the storage space to store items for you. If you choose to bid and fail to pick up your times during the published times, your items will be forfeited without refund. Failure to abide by the pic up times may result in loss of bidding privileges. Credit cards will be charged immediately following auction close and email notifications will be sent Thursday night after auction close. Items not picked up during the specified pick up time and day will be subject to a $10 per day storage fee per lot. Items not removed in five business days will be considered abandoned and forfeited and will be disposed of at our discretion without refund to the winning bidder. Please do not bid without a valid credit card, email address and the ability to remove your items by the pick up date.
