Auction runs from Tuesday July 16th at 7:00 PM until Thursday August 1st at 7:00 PM. A soft close starts at that time. A soft close means that every 20 seconds the items end starting with lot #1. If there is a new bid on an item, the clock restarts with 30 more seconds, so you can rebid if you chose. You can still bid on any item during the soft close. We suggest you watch the auction live so you can bid if needed on your items. We also suggest you put in the highest amount you are willing to bid as there are occasional glitches in the process and we want to be sure you have the opportunity to win your items. The computer will bid for you (proxy bidding).

Checkout Date/Time The credit card company processes payment after the sale. You are able to pay cash or with PA check at pick up. We will reimburse your credit card. Items sold "As is". If you have a question on a specific item, please ask. There is no fee to use your credit card. Settlement/Statements will be sent the morning after the sale. Please check your "Spam" folder as well.

Description
Mackeyville United Methodist Church Online Benefit Auction. Proceeds benefit the Church's Local Food Bank and Missions. There will also be a Church Bake Sale during pick up on Friday, along with a clothing sale. Please come and support this as well. All proceeds support their mission projects. There is sales tax. If you have a tax #, it needs to be provided. Sales tax will still be charged, but we will reimburse this after the auction. Bidding runs from Tuesday July 16th at 7:00 PM until Thursday August 1st at 7:00 PM. At that time the Online Auction starts. You can bid throughout the sale. We encourage you to watch the auction so you don't lose out on your item(s). Buyers can also use Proxy bid and the computer will bid for you. Credit cards on file will be charged for payment. As stated above, you can pay with cash or check (PA only) at the time of pick up. There is NO fee for you to use your credit card.
Preview and Pick Up are at the Church located at 23 Fairground Road Mill Hall, PA 17751. Buyers are responsible to bring assistance, tools, and equipment to load. Please also bring packing supplies/boxes as most items are in cardboard flats or loose. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries during pick up. Items left after 5 days following the pick up, are deemed forfeited unless prior arrangements have been made. *Please note ONLY the items that are marked "Shipping Available" are available to be shipped. There is a handling fee per item/lot and buyers to pay actual shipping costs. The handling fee is listed in the description for each item. Your credit card on file will be charged. If you are requesting items to be shipped, please note this when you register, on your invoice, or email at tfoster70@comcast.net. Items will be shipped out approx. 2 -3 weeks after the sale ends. You will receive an email with tracking info when sent. **NOTE** If there is an item(s), not on the ship list, please ask and we can let you know if shipping is possible and what the handling fees would be.
