Your card on file with HiBid will be charged for your purchase(s) on the pickup date; once all shipping & handling charges are known, your card will be charged again for these fees. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of a 5%, with a $10 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit card on file. Please Bring your Own Help for Loading, esp. if you have purchased heavy/large items and/or large quantity. Any items not picked up on the pickup date (SATURDAY, July 27, 2024) unless arrangments are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company. Buyer's Premium & taxes apply. Please be aware there is a 5.5% sales tax (vehicles exempt) on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. The buyer's premium is 15% and applied to all purchases. There is a $300 per lot maximum buyers premium. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the BIDDER'S RESPONSIBILITY to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor.
