Terms and Conditions -
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by High 5 Auctions.
*PAYMENTS: We will be charging all customer credit cards on file as soon as the auction ends. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged.
*BUYER'S PREMIUM: There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased.
*ID VERIFIED: All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card.
*BIDDING REQUIREMENTS: You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions.
*PICK UP: It is the buyers responsibility to pick up auction items in the time frame listed in each auction. This is generally a 1 week time frame for pick ups once the auction has ended. Items not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and thus forfeited back to High 5 Auctions. In this situation the buyer will NOT be refunded.
*SHIPPING: It is the Buyer’s responsibility to communicate to us a request for shipping. If we do not receive a request for shipping within 1 day of the auction closing date, we will assume the Buyer has made arrangements for pick up within the required pick up time frame identified in the auction.
*Most larger items are NOT eligible for shipping. If it fits into an average suitcase we will ship it. If it's bigger we will not ship, local pick up only. Please make sure to check with us if you are not sure whether an item is eligible for shipping or not. Text Jason at 801-831-6602.
At the conclusion of the auction, all buyers will be auto-billed for winning lots, buyer’s premium and applicable sales tax. During the timeframe established for pick ups, High 5 Auctions will begin to ship all eligible items with a shipping request from the buyer.
**A second charge to the bidder/buyer’s credit card on file will be made to all buyers with shipping requests for the cost of shipping. HIGH 5 AUCTIONS will use USPS or UPS for shipping with either First Class, Priority or UPS Ground shipping as options. Buyer’s wanting a different shipping option or carrier should communicate to us at the conclusion of the auction.

*We are just south of the Big Dog Pawn Shop on the east side of Redwood Rd.
*WARRANTY: Unless specifically stated in the individual listing of the item, all merchandise is sold “As-Is” and is WITHOUT warranties or guarantees of any kind. In some cases, such as an auctioned appliance, a warranty MAY be included. If there is a warranty, it will be clearly spelled out in the auction description area.
*REMOVAL: Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal. High 5 Auctions is available to help but, is NOT responsible for any damages upon employee assistance concerning an items removal. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own bags, boxes, blankets, safety straps, or additional equipment and help needed to remove and safely transport any items from High 5 Auctions.
*REFUNDS/RETURNS: All sales are final. NO returns and NO refunds.
*DISCREPANCIES: All buyer discrepancies MUST be reported at the physical location of High 5 Auctions, at the time of pick up, NO exceptions. We have no control over an item once it is removed from our store location.
*FAILURE TO PICKUP: As stated IN “PICK UP” outlined above, any and all merchandise not picked up within 1 week following the conclusion of the auction will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited back to High 5 Auctions. No refunds will be given.
*EMAIL/PHONE TEXT NOTIFICATIONS:
High 5 Auctions would like to use the buyer’s email address and/or phone number for notifications on auctions won, upcoming auctions, twenty four hour closing alerts and any other business related communication between the buyer and High 5 Auctions. By accepting these terms you are giving High 5 Auctions consent to send you emails and/or phone texts in regards to these notifications and communications. You always have the option to opt out of notifications.
