All items are sold "as is, where is" with NO warranties expressed or implied. NO statements, sales forms, invoices or elsewhere, by Southern Colorado Treasures LLC shall be deemed to be a warranty representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, variety, importance or historical relevance of any item being sold.
All items sold are subject to a 5.13% sales tax plus 13% Buyers Premium, which will be added to the successful bid price and will be payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase price.
All accounts are expected to be settled 24 Hours following the end of the auction. we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or American Express. You will receive an email or text to pay for your invoice by our partners at Shipping Saint. Check you email and/or text messages for this process.

To qualify for an exemption, you must have a Resellers Tax Exemption Certificate on file with Southern Colorado Treasures LLC. Please be sure to forward to Southern Colorado Treasures LLC at socotreasures@usa.com at least 3 days before closing date of auction.
Southern Colorado Treasures LLC reserves the right to reject any bid if deemed unfit and is the final in any dispute. Southern Colorado Treasures LLC assumes NO responsibility for technology, software or computer failure before, during and/or after auction.
All shipping and/or pick up of items will be set up through our partners at Shipping Saint. Check you email and/or text messages for this process.
Shipping is NOT always offered on every item. It is up to the buyer to make sure that shipping is offered for the item they are bidding on. If buyer bids on and wins an item where shipping was NOT offered and the buyer requires shipping, the buyer forfeits any payment, premium fees and the item will be resold at a later auction.
Otherwise the winning bidder is responsible for all shipping and handling, postage and/or insurance fees. Payment for items must first be received and confirmed before any items are shipped, packaged, handled and released to purchaser. Buyer assumes all shipping and handling costs. Shipping Saint will handle this so check your email and/or text messages for this process. Priority Mailing boxes and/or envelopes are used for all shipping.
Any damage claims will be made directly to the shipping agent. Please allow at least two weeks after the auction has ended for items to be packed. All shipping will be through a third-party shipper USPS Priority Mail.
If you wish to pick-up your items, arrangements made through Shipping Saint. Check you email and/or text messages for this process. items not picked up within 2 weeks will be resold with NO reimbursement to the original buyer.
