By placing a bid, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set by Baxter Auctioneers LLC, also known as BidBaxter.com. All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no returns. Item descriptions are provided to the best of our ability, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of this information. Please inspect items and bid accordingly. Previews are available for most auctions, allowing you to assess items and gather necessary measurements. If you cannot attend in person, please adjust your bids accordingly. If you need assistance with a specific item, feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to help. To bid, you must register accurately with your information. Auction description will include information on preview and pickup locations, dates, and times. Some items may have a "Buy Now" price, allowing buyers to purchase instantly or bid. The "Buy Now" option disappears if bidding reaches or exceeds 50%-100% of the price or within the last 48-0 hours of the auction. Once you are the highest bidder, your card will be charged, or you will receive an unpaid invoice. If alternate payment arrangements were made and accepted, your card will not be charged unless arrangements are not followed through. Shipping is available for most items. For larger items or delicate pieces, third-party shipping arrangements must be made. Shipping costs include standard rates and additional fees for materials. We aim to keep shipping costs low by recycling when possible. After payment, your items will be shipped with tracking information. Failure to pick up items on time will result in ownership transfer to Baxter Auctioneers LLC. Please communicate any pickup issues beforehand. A 15% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase, along with applicable taxes. During online sales, items will close at a set pace, and there may be an extension system to simulate a live auction. Bids must meet minimum increment requirements when placed. You can also use the Max Bid feature for automatic bidding. Baxter Auctioneers reserves the right to modify or remove lots as needed. Communication may be sent via email, SMS, phone calls, mail, and other platforms. Baxter Auctioneers is not responsible for system failures and may pause or extend auctions if necessary.
