TEG Auctions inspects and describes the merchandise to the best of our knowledge and abilities, therefore written catalog and any oral descriptions are only our educated opinion, and should not be considered fact, and we do not guarantee authenticity, age, condition, materials, etc. TEG Auctions posts professional photographs of the lots to be sold and additional higher resolution photographs (when available) can be requested by prospective bidders. TEG Auctions holds firmly that the buyer is ultimately and fully responsible for knowing what they are bidding on, for doing their own research and for valuing the items before placing their bids. TEG Auctions is not responsible or liable for the correctness or completeness of the catalog descriptions, and we do not scientifically test woods, precious metals, ceramics or any other material for age, species etc. TEG Auctions recommends that prospective bidders do their own research, ask questions, and request higher resolution photographs of any items of interest to them before placing their bids. If you doubt the authenticity of something or are not confident in the condition or your valuation of the lot, we recommend that you do not bid on that item or lot, as failure to pay for winning lots will expose you to civil legal action in our jurisdiction. Absence of a condition report does not imply that the item is without defect or damage, normal signs of wear are to be expected with pre-owned merchandise and are not necessarily described in catalog descriptions. We encourage prospective buyers to contact us more than 48 hours prior to the end of the auction for any additional information or questions they may have about any particular lot of interest to them. Due to many of our sales occurring in private residences and closing on weekends we cannot respond to requests for additional information within 48 hours of the beginning of the close of the auction.
TEG Auctions describes all items to the best of our ability/knowledge and we note any significant flaws beyond normal wear that are detected on our inspection in the description of the auction lot, we upload high resolution photographs for zoom in capability and your inspection. Therefore, all sales are final, no returns no refunds are allowed, all lots are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. By registering to bid or placing a bid in this auction you agree to accept all terms of this sale and to not challenge any terms of this sale, you also unconditionally agree that you will not file or pursue any form of credit/debit card or other payment service (PayPal or Venmo etc) chargeback or dispute for any reason. We use in-house and a third party packing and shipping service (solely at the discretion of TEG Auctions) and you agree that packing and shipping services are not part of your purchase in this auction and that you are responsible to make payment to the shipper for their services. As a bidder in this auction you unconditionally promise to pay for all merchandise and logistical services related to the distribution and delivery of your items won in this auction. You acknowledge and consent to have you credit/debit card on file charged for your amounts due if you have not made payment in full on your invoice by the fourth day following the close of the auction. If payment is not received or if your payment attempt has failed and not been made in full by the 2nd day following the end of this auction, a non-paying bidder dispute will be filed against you with the auction service you had registered with and bid through and a civil complaint may be filed against you in our local jurisdiction, County Court, or the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Court system.
Local pick up of merchandise won is encouraged However all local pick up is by appointment only and it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact TEG Auctions to schedule a local pick up appointment if shipping is not needed or desired. Local pickup will be from a private residence in Douglassville, PA. Local pickup days and times are restricted to FridayJuly 26th from 3 - 7pm and Saturday July 27th from 10am - 12:30pm only!! Please note your appointment can be scheduled With TEG Auctions only after the payment is made on your TEG Auction invoice. Please contact us for updated information about pickup days and times.
Transportation, packing and shipping services are not available for large and heavy merchandise won in this auction and the arrangement and fees for these services will be the responsibility of the buyer to coorndinate pay. Logistical services may be performed by TEG Auctions and/or a third party shipper solely at the discretion of TEG Auctions for small items purchased. Please contact TEG Auctions before bidding if you have any questions as to the availability of shipping services for the lots you are interested in.
**All items won in this auction must be picked up in the designated location by the buyer or the buyer's representative on the pickup days established For this auction which are Friday July 26, from 3 - 7pm and Saturday from 10am - 12:30pm for items in the private residence in Douglassville, PA only. If shipping is needed items must be shipped out by the third party shipper within 20 calendar days post auction. If any merchandise is remaining on the auction premises after July 27th or shipping is not established and paid for by 20 days after the end of this auction with the shipper, the items are considered to be abandoned and rights of ownership are forfeited by the buyer with title to the merchandise returning to TEG Auctions without refund or restitution to the buyer of any kind for the merchandise forfeited.

Buyer's Premium
TEG Auctions will add a buyer's premium equal to 15% of the final sale (hammer) price of your items won to your invoice for payment. The online auction hosting service and the payment processing service will add a premium in the amount of 10% of the final sale/hammer price for their services in hosting this auction and to cover payment transaction processing costs.
Sales tax for all US States including Pennsylvania is now being managed by the payment processors for the large online auction sites including HiBiD. You must contact the customer service dept of the sites you bid through to establish and file the approriate tax exemption forms for your state. Do not contact TEG Auctions about your tax exemption you must file your forms with the online bidding service as your invoice is generated by them.
