Pickup at Cornerstone 218 Lexington Street, Lancaster KY 40444
Any Items that fail to be picked up by 6:00 pm Tuesday July 23rd, shall be considered abandoned property, and the debit/credit card of the winning bidder will be charged for the invoiced total, as well as a $5.00 per lot fee for any items that are not picked up.
Remember to refresh your page during bidding, especially in the closing minutes of bidding.
Please bid from the live catalong and not your watch list, the watch list isn't in real time.
Auction has a soft close, the lot will not officially close untill all bidding has ceased.
Shipping is not provided by Cornerstone Realty and Auction. However, Buyers unable to pick up their purchased items or live outside the area may contact THE MAILROOM in Lexington Kentucky at 859-268-0206 or kelenmailroom@yahoo.com for quotes and services they provide. If shipping is required, winning bidder must notify Cornerstone Realty and Auction by phone at 937-469-6868 or email at auctions@cornerstonerealtyandauction.com no later than 4pm EST onTuesday July 23, 2024 The Mailroom will pick all items needing shipped, after they are paid for in full,after the auction pickup day is over. All shipping arrangments are the sole responsiblilty of the buyer. Cornerstone Realty and Auction does not guarantee or warranty the shipping services provided by this company.
Shipping is only available on smaller items only (no furniture etc). If you have questions or concerns please call The Mailroom at 859-268-0206 prior to bidding.
A 15% buyers premium will be added to the winning bid.
A 3.5% fee will be added to all buyers paying with debit/credit. This will show up as an 18.5% total buyers premium on invoice.
Buyers are responsible for providing their own labor, tools, boxes etc for the removal of items from the property. Cornerstone Realty and Auction is not responsible for the loading of items purchased. Bring help if needed!
All Employees/Staff of Cornerstone Realty and Auction reserve the right to bid.
Cornerstone Auctions staff does their best to correctly identify items and disclose any issues. However all bids are final, buyers rely on their own inspections.
