Seaford estate auction on site. Household items, tools, collectibles, reseller box lots, generator, decor, and more. *One Day Pick Up Only *We Ship In-house via Pirateship *LOW Handling Fees --ON-SITE AUCTION PURCHASES MUST BE PAID AND PICKED UP ON PICK UP DAY! These are not items in our studio, these are items that belong to someone else. I cannot leave an on-site with merchandise that has not yet been paid for! I also do not have unlimited access to these locations. -- ON SITE AUCTION BUYERS WHO NEED SHIPPING!!!!! -- ALL declined cards must be rectified by 6 AM the morning of our local pickup!! I can not, and will not, leave with unpaid items from an on-site sale. ***Please be patient with ship times on these on-site sales! We have to first get our hands on the items on the chosen locals pick up day, get them back here, group, box, weigh, measure, calculate quote, adjust your invoice, and charge your cards. We have limited space, so please trust that we do our best to get our shippers' items to them ASAP! We do not want your stuff laying around here, believe me. -- Combined Consignor Sales are held here on our property and we are able to calculate shipping within 24 hours as the items are already here with us. Payment issues still need to be cleared up by 6 am the morning of our local pickup day (usually 2 to 3 days after the auction closes). -- Any significant shipping overages will be credited back to you. We do our best to provide exact quotes and do not pad these costs. We want you to be happy and come back! -- Small shipments will have a 3 to 5 dollar handling fee. Larger packages will have a 10 dollar handling fee. This is the total order, not per piece. This is in addition to the shipping labels which I try to keep affordable.

Payment Terms
We run the card on file the morning after the auction closes unless you have made other arrangements with us BEFORE the auction closes. We stopped taking cash due to those promising to show and then do not. This isnt fair to our consignors or our other bidders. I will make an exception if absolutely neccessary but this will have to be done BEFORE the auction closes. For those needing shipping, you will be charged once for your items, since this is an on site sale. Your items will be brought back to our location to be weighed and measured, at that point a shipping label price will be charged. we use pirate ship to keep the rates as low as possible. Please all us a few days to get this done, as our local pickup is the Sunday following the close of auction. We try to complete shipping within a week's time. Our handling fees are 5 - 10 dollars depending on final order size. Large items cannot be shipped. Please pay attention to the shipping button for each lot. If you're more than an hour away, I will assume you want shipping. If you are less than an hour away, I'll assume you want to pick up, unless otherwise informed. We have your items pulled for you to make pickup fast and easy.
