1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. All credit cards used at the time of registration will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for the total invoice price plus buyer's premium and sales tax. Shipping including the handling charges (if needed) will be a separate charge once packed and quoted. If you would like to arrange another form of payment. You MUST contact us prior to the start of the auction. 2. Everything will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. It is imperative that you are fully satisfied with the item prior to placing your bid. It is the the buyer's responsibility to perform their due diligence and ask any questions they may have prior to placing a bid. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds. 6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding. 7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. Payment Terms
All invoices are required to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction. A credit card authorization was required upon registering for this auction. The cards on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction for the full balance due plus buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax. If you would like to arrange another form of payment; please contact us prior to the start of the auction. If your card is declined for the full balance; a smaller deposit may be charged. Any invoices with outstanding balances are required to be settled in full. Please contact us if you believe there may be any delay in your payment processing.
Shipping is Available on Most Lots. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the high bidder including freight and packing materials.There will be a $15 service charge per package. Please contact us at darrien@eouseauctioneering.com to request shipping or simply reply to your emailed invoice. All orders will begin being packed over the weekend. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as it is assigned to your shipment. Pick-ups will be available 9am-2pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday following the auction. Please bring your own packing supplies and help to load your cars, trucks, or trailers.
