This is an online only timed auction. The highest bid online when the bidding closes will be the winning bid for the item. Auction will be open for bidding from the time of posting until July 22nd at 6:00 PM Central Time. Items will begin a "soft close" starting at 6:00 PM Central Time on July 22nd. Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from advancing the bid.

Invoice and Payment: Buyers will be allowed to pay with cash, check, or credit card at the time of pickup. All remaining balances due at the close of pick up on Tuesday, July 23rd at 6:00PM CST will automatically be charged to the credit card on file with HiBid. All Buyers will pay the price of the individual item plus an additional 10% buyer premium. Any invoice paid with a credit card will be charged an additional 4% credit card convenience fee. All items are subject to sales tax. If you do not receive an email with your invoice within 24 hours of the close of the auction, please notify us by calling Brandon at 308-760-6991. Please keep in mind that sometimes emails may be delivered to your junk/spam folder.
Item Pickup: Items shall be picked up at the Riverside Auction and Sales office; 662 Hwy 75, Tekamah, NE (Building directly north of Bomgaars-GPS WILL NOT get you to our building) on the following dates and times: Friday, July 19th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please adhere to pickup times as we will not be available for pickup other than these times. All items must be paid for in full before being removed. All items will be removed at the expense, liability, and risk of the buyer. Please bring your own packing materials and manpower to safely remove and load your own items. Any items not removed from our facility within the specified pickup time will be considered abandoned, and the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property including all funds used to purchase the items, unless arrangements are made ahead of time with the auction company. |

DUE TO THE MICROSOFT OUTAGE DURING OUR ONLINE AUCTION ON 7/18/24, THE AUCTION HAS BEEN POSTPONED UNTIL JULY 22ND STARTING AT 6:00 PM CST. THE OUTAGE OCCURRED APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES INTO THE AUCTION. HIBID SUPPORT PERSONELL ARE ADVISING THAT ALL LOTS WILL BE RE-OPENED FOR BIDDING (EVEN LOTS THAT CLOSED PRIOR TO THE OUTAGE). WE BELIEVE THIS IS THE MOST FAIR WAY TO HANDLE THIS SITUATION. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. ITEM PICKUP WILL NOW BE TUESDAY, JULY 23RD FROM 9-6.
