Auction Closing: After the auction closes you will receive an unpaid email invoice only if you had the winning bid. Your card will be charged immediately after the auction or next day. When you arrive for pick up, you will receive your Paid Invoice after you sign your credit card receipt. Please check your spam and deleted files as sometimes emails can be sent to these folders.
Pick up: Items must be picked up on Fri., July 26th, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm at 11155 Sardis Scotts Hill Rd., Scotts Hill, TN. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties expressed or implied. All descriptions are believed to be accurate. Winning bidders are responsible for the removal of any and all items you won.
Please bring the needed supplies and help to safely remove your items. That includes but not limited to boxes and packing materials, trucks / trailers, and additional labor to move items. You can send movers to remove items, but no items are allowed to be removed until the invoice has been paid in full.
Failure to Pick-Up Items: All items MUST BE REMOVED from the premises at the designated times. IF YOU FAIL TO PICK-UP ANY ITEMS on the days that have been scheduled or fail to make other arrangements YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE FORFEITED THE ITEMS AND TITLE WILL REVERT TO United Country Richardson Real Estate & Auction, Inc. How the Auction closes: Staggered Closing: The online auction closes 1 lot per 30 seconds. If an item receives a bid within 2 minutes of ending the item will be extended 2 additional minutes. Please remember to hit the refresh button to know the time remaining on any items and current price; you can also hit the review bids button to view the bids you have made.

The auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction. Split or combined lots. Add minimum bids or reserve prices. Cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event. Make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times.
