BUT KNOW that lack of an all encompassing description or a picture that shows a flaw, it is still and will always be the bidders responsibilty to make the buying decision. All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file at close of the auction. All invoices will show the 15% buyers premium calculated from the bidders total winnig amount. Bidder waives their right to a chargeback and agrees that they will not charge back any purchase. See listing or invoice for pickup dates. You accept full responsibility for safely loading your purchases. Gold Star Auctions,LLC., nor is any homeowner, responsible for any injuries sustained. We do not supply assistance, tools or dollies. Shipping is through Goin Postal, a third party shipper. They will contact you to make payment. Do not contact the auction company for shipping times. If you do not pick up your merchandise at the allotted times, or notify the company prior to the end of pickup, your items will be forfeited. If bidder breaches or defaults any portion of the Terms and Conditions of auction, bidder agrees to pay any and all expenses incurred by Gold Star Auctions,LLC. Including, but not limited to, attorney fees, commision loss, advertising loss, etc. There is a 15% buyers premium attached to this auction. Payment is through credit card at conclusion of auction. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. It is at our discretion to add or remove items from the auction at any time We reserve the right to reschedule, extend, cancel, ban, change as needed to protect the auction company.
