Bidding will begin 7-15-24 and lots will start to close at noon on 7-20-24. Pickup will be from 11 until 2 on Sunday 7-21-24. Preview is 7-13-24 from 10 until noon at 903 Mooreville Rd NW in Dover. ANY HEAVY ITEMS YOU WILL NEED HELP TO LOAD.
All items sell in as is condition. There is a 5% buyers premium added to final bid. Pick up will be on 7-21-24 from 11 until 2. Any items not picked up at that time will be discarded. If shipping is needed we will drop off items at the UPS Store in New Philadelphia and you will be responsible for shipping and handling.
