All items are new unless otherwise stated in the description. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. We will supply packaging photos if the packaging has severe damage. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. In the occasion that you are running slightly behind we would appreciate a call ahead to let us know so that you do not arrive and no one is available. Items can not be held after the last pick up day and will be considered abandoned. IMPORTANT: By placing a bid through this website, you are entering into a legally binding contract and agree to follow through with the purchase of the item should you win the item. Bidder expressly agrees not to stop payment, dispute or contest this transaction. ATX Auctions and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time. Bidder agrees to hold ATX Auctions harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants.
