TERMS AND CONDITIONS All lots are sold "as is, where is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. The information on our lots are provided as a guide only. We do try our best to give accurate information as well as quality photos. NO LONGER SHIPPING TO CANADA!!! Shipping is available unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full before items are shipped. There is a minimum $5 handling fee for all orders that are shipped. In most cases the handling fee doesn't exceed $10. However for large and/or complicated orders the handling fee could go as high as $25. The handling fee amount is subject to our discretion.Shipping (AVAILABLE ) noted per each individual lot. Our lots will occasionally have prop stands, a measuring tape, and/or other displays to help showcase the items in the pictures. They will NOT be sold with the lot unless specifically stated. If boxes and containers are shown in the pictures, they are a part of the auction lot purchase. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Lots will start closing at 15 second intervals . We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on a lot and someone makes a last minute bid, that lot will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (The countdouwn time of the other lots will not be affected.) Currency - USD All sales are final. The credit or debit card you use to register will be automatically charged for any winning bids at the conclusion of the auction. *If you wish to pay at the time of pick-up, let us know BEFORE the auction ends - cash or card are accepted means of payment. If you have your items shipped, shipping costs will be charged (separately) to this same card when the shipping label is created. Items are shipped within 7 days from close of auction. Buyer Premium - A buyer's premium of 13% will be added. Taxes - No sales tax in Oregon. The buyer is responsible for paying any sales tax their state requires. We will send an e-mail with an attached invoice at the conclusion of the auction to all winning bidders. All items MUST be picked up between: 10AM and 4PM on Saturday Following auction close 10AM and 4PM on Sunday Following auction close 10AM and 6PM on Monday Following auction close Pick-up location: Gresham OR ( exact address will be given on winning bidders invoice ) Failure to pickup your items within the time frame mentioned above may result in us not permitting you to participate in our future auctions. If you find that you might not be able to make it within the designated pick-up time frame, contact us as soon as possible to see if you can schedule an appointment for a later day and time. Unclaimed Lots: Any unclaimed lots after Monday following the close of auction currently biddingon, will be considered abandoned and dealt with at our discretion. By participating in this auction you are giving permission to Catalyst Ceations Auction to email you about all upcoming events. We reserve the right to deny registration of an invidual to our auction. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

Payment Terms
Your debit/credit card on file will automatically be charged Friday evening after the auction ends for the invoice amount. **If you wish to pay CASH at the time of pickup, let us know BEFORE the auction ends** **For orders being shipped, you will have two charges on your card: the first for the initial invoice balance and the second will be the shipping costs after we have packaged your items and are ready to ship the order**
Pick-Up Terms: All items MUST be picked up between: 10AM and 4PM on Saturday Following Close of Auction 10AM and 4PM on Sunday Following Close of Auction 10AM and 6PM on Monday Following Close of Auction Location in Gresham Oregon (Specific address given on paid Invoice) We re-use most of the boxes we have on site so please bring your own bags, boxes, packing material, etc. for your purchase(s). Shipping Terms: Shipping is available unless otherwise stated. We will have "No Ship" in the title and "Local pick-up only" in the description of the lots we will not ship. Your card will be billed for the initial invoice amount at the conclusion of the auction on Friday night. You will be e-mailed a copy of your invoice. If your card failed you will be notified in the message body of the e-mail. Let us know if you would like your items shipped along with the address you would like it shipped to. Once we have your items ready to ship (usually within a few days of the auction ending), you will receive an e-mail from us letting you know the shipping and handling costs before we charge your card to purchase a shipping label. Once paid, your items will be shipped and we will send you an e-mail with the tracking number. *If payment fails to go through, either for the initial invoice balance or for the shipping costs, you will be notified via e-mail. You will have until 4pm PDT Monday November 6, 2023 to contact us to make alternate payment arrangements. If you have any questions please contact us. **A note to our shipping customers - Shipping costs have become prohibitively expensive. So please, plan accordingly when bidding and factor in higher shipping costs. For example: - an item that weighs less than 1lb - you're looking at about $9-$12. - a shoebox size box (16x10x6) - you're looking at about $15 to OR and WA and about $20 everywhere else. - a standard size book box (16x12x12) - about $20 to OR and WA and about $30 or more everywhere else. - a box the size of a microwave (20x16x14) - about $35 to OR and WA and about $65 everywhere else. - a standard size moving box (18x18x18) - about $40 or more to OR and WA and $70+ everywhere else. - boxes any bigger than the above - plan on $50+ for OR and WA and approaching $100+ everywhere else.
