Thursday - 9:30am - 3:30pm Friday - 9:30am - 3:30pm Saturday - 10am - 5pm, all times are EST ** Please email (Lisa@RidgeEstateServices.com) with the date and time you will be picking up your winning items, so we can have them prepared for your arrival. DO NOT FORGET TO BRING: boxes/totes/containers and packing material to secure your valuables Items that qualify for shipping will be sent to the address on file, please have correct shipping address updated in your profile before end of auction. We do in house shipping through USPS and UPS. For larger items (furniture, etc..), buyer is responsible for coordinating shipping through a company of their choice within the 5 day time frame. In cases where shipping cannot be managed within the 5 day time frame, short term storage, no more than 10 days, may be discussed ahead of time with RES. Storage fees will apply.
