Payment Terms
A) The successful bidder must pay a 10% down payment (earnest money) by wire transfer within 2 business days of the auction day. B) Balance will be due within 45 days of auction. C) There are no contingencies on sales. D) The amount of the down payment (earnest money) shall be ten percent (10%) of the final sale price.
