ALL items MUST be paid for upon auction closure , ALL items MUST be picked up on Saturday August 24th between 9-2 pm . NO items will be stored , if items are NOT picked up on designated pickup day they will be resold NO refunds will be given, If items are unpaid after pickup on Saturday they will be resold and you will no longer be able to place bids with us.

Everything is sold as is where is with no returns or refunds.

All itemes will be shipped Canada Post,.Unless we are notified about sending parcel with signature and insurance, we will send it with no insurance, nor obligation.

Please note that lots will not all have the same starting bids. Bids will start as low as .50 and go up to 5.00 depending on the lot. There will be not refunds on this auction unless an item has been said to work when it does not. Please check your items before leaving as refunds will not be considered once the item in question leaves the property.
