This smoke free split level home has lots on the main level, basement (no walkout), upstairs, backyard area, and in the shed & garage. Several lots require some stairs since the home is split level. We will have some help on pick up day but come prepared because we get very busy. Home did have pets at one time. Some items are dusty and/or need cleaning. We make no attempt to improve items. Items are used, most items show some wear and everything is sold as is. Be sure to check all pictures and read lot descriptions before bidding.
