This online only auction of Ron and Lois Fogle is a bit inspiring. Though Ron passed some 14 yrs. ago, Lois is approaching 96 yr. old. That is impressive and Lois is still sharp as a tack playing Bridge with her friends. She decided she needed to move to assisted living and is allowing All American Auctions to liquidate her assets that she no longer needs. Lois was like a grandma to me at times because her grandsons were in my class. She has always been a very reasonable tidy and stern woman for as long as I can remember. I am very happy to see her thriving in her golden yrs. and now everyone has the opportunity to repurpose Lois's treasures. This auction is online only and will run to Feb. 16th and will start the soft close starting at 4:30pm. The first lot which is lot #5 is a 1989 Atlas single wide mobile home. Lois has lived there for 20 yrs. meticulously maintaining it the whole time. If buying this mobile home, you can choose to move in and reside there at Friendly Acres mobile home park and pay rent on the lot, or you may transport anywhere you wish. If you choose to treat this like your new residence, it will be a turnkey option for you with the first month's lot rent due February 1st.
