Soft Closing means that all lots have a set closing period, however, if a bid is received with less than 3 Minutes of the lots set closing period, more time will be added. We are located at 241 Erie Street, Waverly, NY 14892 for preview and Pick Up Pick up is Friday December 19, 2025 from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM and Saturday December 20, 2025 from 10:00 AM until 3:00 PM. (Items not picked during these will be considered abandoned, please do not bid if you can not pick up.) Shipping is available on all items that can be fit into a UPS approved box.
