Although shipping is available on most items the auctioneer is not responsible for fragile lots that get broken in transit. NO REFUNDS on broken items. Insure your lots and submit insurance claims DIRECTLY to the shipping company. Also be mindful that shipping rates and insurance costs have significantly increased and will continue to increase due to circumstances beyond our control.
