This auction includes tools, hardware, lawn & garden, fishing, furniture, household, & collectibles. More items are being added. This auction has a 15% buyers premium. All online auctions are taxable. If a bidder is tax exempt, they must email their tax exemption form to mark@lakecountrysales.com before bidding. All new bidders to Lake Country Sales auctions are put into pending. Lake Country Sales will call bidder to verify it is not a scam bidder & to go over terms. Once bidder has been approved, bidding rights will be activated. Lake Country Sales will not approve any new bidders to the platform during the auction closing process. All bidders are responsible for viewing and inspection of items prior to bidding. Once you bid on items, you enter a legal binding contract to purchase that item. Payment for this auction will be by cash at pick up. Credit cards will be accepted at pick up with a 4% credit card fee. Checks, money orders, cashier checks, and wire transfers will NOT be accepted. If winning bidder does not pay for items by the end of that auction pick up, bidder rights will be terminated for all future Lake Country Sales auctions. Pickup time is absolute and rescheduling for later date & time will not be allowed. Once you bid, be prepared to pick up items if won during scheduled pickup time. Shipping is Not Available. Preview / Inspection time is on Monday, May 6, 2024 from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm CST at 47100 US 71, Laporte, MN 56461 Bidding begins to end at 7:07 pm CST on Monday, May 6, 2024. Pick up is by appointment only. Pickup will be scheduled for 2 days only! Pick up by appointment only is the AFTERNOON on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, & the MORNING on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 by appointment only. Please read email that is sent with your invoice for instructions!
