All bidders must complete the attached Bidder Registration Form in order to participate in the auction. On-Site Bidders: Pre-registration is encouraged to help streamline auction-day check-in and allow us to plan for attendance. Bidders who have not pre-registered may complete the Bidder Registration Form at the auction prior to bidding. Online Bidders: In addition to completing the Bidder Registration Form, online bidders must also register through HiBid prior to participating in online bidding. A valid government-issued photo ID is required for bidder verification. RESERVE AUCTION This property is being offered with reserve. The Seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid in accordance with the established auction terms. SUCCESSFUL BIDDER The successful bidder will be required to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement immediately following the auction.
