This is also stated in the emailed invoice sent to you from HiBid after auction ended and as indicated in the auction itself. This means you have THREE(3) business days to pick up your items. Please note, that $1 per day/per order storage fee will occur. If you do not pick up by the alternative pick up date given then your item will be forfeited without refund. If you need to extend your alternative date please give us a call but we cannot hold your item for more than two weeks after auction ending. After two weeks your item(s) will be forfeited without refund. If you do not pick up within the pick up days provided and we do not get a call/message about an alternative date then your items will be forfeited without a refund. All auction items are final sale. If you feel as if your item was not accurately described then you may contact us however, we do not do returns based on buyer's remorse. If we do deem your item returnable you will receive an item equal to the item, you won on auction or a store credit for the amount spent on the item. Store credit can only be used for in-store purchases, not on auctions.
