The Berger Family has been buying, selling, appraising & consulting in the fields of numismatics & collectibles since 1989. We are experts in numismatics and dealers in the fields of coins, currency, estate & native jewelry. Gold and silver have become one of our hottest commodities as of late in the shop, but we also deal small collectible items that vary in contents as well. We work with banks, trusts & private estates and in 2016, we opened a shop in Loveland, Colorado that is now open to the public.

Terms and Conditions
Auction Terms & Conditions All property is sold as is, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Berger Coins & Collectibles LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and or at a live auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Berger Coins & Collectibles LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. It is the Bidders responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. This is not an absolute auction unless specifically stated in the auction heading. Specifically, but without limitation, Auctioneer makes no representation or warranty that any of the lots conform to any standard in respect of safety, pollution or hazardous material, or fit for any particular purpose. The Auctioneers, sellers, or any member of their staff make no guarantee as to the authenticity, of any particular age, year of manufacture, model, make, mileage, hours, condition, or defect of any lot or item being sold. Bidders are encouraged to make their own physical inspection and rely solely on that inspection before bidding. Failure to inspect does not negate that Bidders responsibility to perform under the auction terms and conditions. You acknowledge that you have the right and responsibility to inspect the item(s) personally, or to have a third party representative inspect the item(s) for you. All Firearms must be sent to your FFL dealer and Berger Coins & Collectibles LLC must receive a copy of your FFL dealer you are using before we will ship out your firearm. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure this is in place before bidding on firearms. REMOVAL OF PROPERTY / SHIPPING TERMS: All items can be shipped or picked up within 72 hours of auction closure at our facility. Shipping available to US addresses only for this auction. Insurance required for at least amount of purchase or company minimum. All packing, shipping, handling and insurance costs will be paid by buyer. Merchandise and default and or remaining at auction site after pickup date will be considered forfeited merchandise and will become the possession and property of Berger Coins & Collectibles LLC and the purchaser will be charged any and all costs to remove, sell or dispose of items. The purchaser will also be charged an additional $20.00 per item resale fee. No refunds will be given. ADDED TERM: $25 staffing fee for pickup after the advertised date and time, only by appointment during business hours and within 72 hours after advertised pickup. All property remaining after that time may be subject to forfeit at the discretion of the auction company. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Accepted forms of payment for this auction are CREDIT CARD ONLY unless buyer makes a pre arranged payment method agreed by Berger Coins & Collectibles LLC. There will be a 3.5% electronic fee on all credit card purchases. Only VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are accepted. Purchaser grants a security interest in purchased items. If, for any reason, payment is not made in full, Berger Coins & Collectibles LLC has the right to repossess items, even from private property. PAYMENT TERMS: Sales tax, when applicable, will be charged on both the purchase price and buyers premium. Taxes, fees, shipping, handling, insurance, storage and security charges are Buyers expenses, and will be calculated and rendered due at the sale of the property. Payment must be made in full by the Buyer, immediately upon the completion of the auction by VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. If you are from another country other than the US, you must pay in US funds. If action is necessary to enforce the terms of this agreement, purchaser agrees to pay attorney fees and costs associated with collection or action. Interest on overdue amounts will be paid by purchaser at a rate of 2% per month/24% annual, or at such other maximum rate allowed by law. BUYERS PREMIUM: A Buyers premium will be charged on each purchase. A buyers premium, an advertised percentage of the high bid or flat fee added to the high bid will be added to the high bid and become part of the purchase amount at settlement. Buyer agrees to these provisions and will pay the applicable buyers premium. 18.5% per item buyer premium charged on all items for this auction! VIEW: Preview Date/Time Inspection is by appointment between the start date and close of auction at the Berger Coins & Collectibles LLC offices 601 E Eisenhower Blvd Loveland CO 80537. AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS VERY IMPORTANT! READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO BID. ONCE YOU BID, YOU WILL BE BOUND LEGALLY BY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND RULES THAT ARE STATED HERE. TERMS GENERAL TERMS: All prospective buyers must be at least 18 years old and are required to register prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges he has received, read, and understands and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction. The bidder, whether acting as principal, agent, officer or director of a company or otherwise, in any capacity whatsoever, and the company they represent, both jointly and severally agrees to indemnify and save harmless Auctioneer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys and its consignors, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, damages, costs, and losses of any nature, including injury and death, arising from the purchase or use of any items, or the attendance or participation of bidder, his/her agents or employees, at the auction and/or on the auction site whether before, during, or after the auction. Auctioneer reserves the right to periodically change the terms and conditions of the Agreement, which shall be effective immediately upon posting. It is the Bidders responsibility to review any and all changes made to these terms and conditions prior to bidding on property. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or withdraw property from the auction, and/or regroup items. Auctioneer reserves the right to sell property absolute or with reserve, at Seller discretion. The Seller does have the right to make the final bid and the Auctioneer does have the right to bid on behalf of the Seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to open the bid as the result of a tie bid or discrepancies in the bid. Bids may be placed by any of its staff and Bidder must submit information found to be current, complete, and accurate for proper identification. Auctioneer does not sell or rent this information. Auctioneer uses email mailing lists to notify customers about online and live auctions. Customers who do not wish to be notified should contact the office of the Auctioneer and request removal from the email mailing list. Bidder is responsible for security of his/her bidding number/user name and password, and any and all bids placed under the assigned number/ID. Auctioneer should be notified immediately if Bidder believes number and/or password have been compromised. Auctioneer reserves the right to terminate registration, deny any person for any reason permission or access to bid, to reject any and all bids, and to suspend or ban Bidder from bidding, at Auctioneers sole discretion. Bidder registration is not transferable or assignable. Read the descriptions of each lot and view photographs carefully. If you are in doubt, DO NOT BID. BIDDING IN THE ONLINE AUCTION: Once you are registered and have your User Name & Password, you may place bids as soon as a lot opens for bidding. Your bids are FINAL and constitute a binding contract. Please be aware that lots will close at various times and possibly different days and may be extended. You are responsible for monitoring these close times. Please bid early to avoid disappointment. Bidder acknowledges that hardware malfunctions, software malfunctions, viruses, and similar issues do occur and are beyond the knowledge, scope, and control of Auctioneer. We are NOT responsible for your system malfunctions, connection to the internet or your e-mail client stopping any of our e-mails to you in regard to bid confirmations and/or outbid notifications. An invoice will be sent to your registered e-mail address within 24 hours following the conclusion of the auction. This auction has what is called an "auto-extend" feature, meaning the auction will not close until all bidding parties are satisfied. If any bids are placed within the last 4 minutes of the auction, the bid on lot(s) will extend an additional 5 minutes. The bidding will extend in 5 minute increments from the time the last bid is placed until there are no more bids, and the lot sits idle for 4 minutes. The auction company may, at their discretion, adjust the auto-extend time increment. Auction company employees and/or auction company may bid on auction items. This auction will be a timed online auction with bidding close as the items are closed.

Shipping / Pick Up
A flat $12.95 Shipping and Handling fee will be added to all invoices. We use USPS Priorty unless customer informs us otherwise. If larger items are won ie Firearm Rifles, Art Paintings, ect we will charge a flat $39.95 shipping and Handling charge. If auction winnings will be picked up, please email a request to schedule an appointment for pickup. Email must be received no later than 9 a.m. Monday morning following the end of auction. If no request is made, all auctioned items will be shipped and include standard shipping charge on invoice. Shipping & Handling costs can be adjusted by Auction Company up or down depending on weight and where items are being shipped to.
