Sales Tax will be collected it is 7.9% in Fremont County, Colorado unless we have a valid resale sales tax exemption form on file. It is your responsibility to mail one in or provide at time of pick up. All items will be described to the best of our knowledge. It is up to you as a bidder to carefully look at the pictures and read descriptions prior to bidding! All items are sold as is, where is with no express warranty implied. FOR LOCAL BIDDERS: If we cannot contact you or have not heard from you in 5 business days after the auction closes we will charge your hi'bid credit card on file and hold the item for you for up to 2 weeks. After such time, we will retain property of the items and dispose of them at our discretion. PLEASE make sure your mailing addresses and contact information are correct in HIBID!!! FOR OUR OUT OF TOWN CUSTOMERS THAT REQUIRE MAILING: We can only charge your card on file ONE TIME so we need a few days to get the shipping included and then will send out invoices with the shipping for a ONE TIME CHARGE.
