This is an internet-only auction. All bidding activity will take place online. Bids are non-cancelable and non-retractable. We have a 1 minute soft close policy on each lot. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within one minutes of the lot’s closing time, a one-minute extension would be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for one minute.

Auction starts to close @ 6:30pm MST Our auctions close quickly with 20 seconds between lots.

Pickup in homes will be one day only. Please come prepared help limited. We ship non-local. If you are unable to pick up on the day the auction closes, we offer transport and 1 week of storage at our warehouse in COS for $10.00 per lot no furniture.
