Site reserves the right to remove units if needed from aucton. Units can be picked up as soon as paid invoice is recieved 48 hour clean-out time. Must clear the unit of all contents. No use of the site dumpster Sales Tax chaged if not tax exempt 13% Buyer's Premuim $100.00 cleaning fee will be required per unit. Credit card only payment at auction end Cleaning deposit will be charged to the card and refunded once unit is cleared out.
