Terms are 10% of the purchase price down on auction day or within 24 hours for online bidders. The Seller will provide a Title policy in the full amount of the purchase price to the Buyer at closing insuring good and merchantable title. 2024 taxes will be paid by the Seller- all taxes thereafter are the responsibility of the new buyer. This farm sells as-is. Bidding is NOT subject to any contingencies, including but not limited to financing, an appraisal or inspection of the property. All announcements made sale day take precedence over prior advertising either written or oral.
