This will be a multiple vehicle auction featuring multiple cars, 1 motorcycle and 2 travel trailers. Please know this/these vehicles are for sale due only to nonpayment of a debt, not for being towed, abandoned, or seized by any governmental agency, these are true to form repossessions. These repossessed units provide great value to the buyer however they can come with risk so please be sure to inspect any vehicle thoroughly prior to the auction as all sales are final. All vehicles will be sold as is, where is without exception. The buyer is to perform all due diligence regarding research of all aspects of the described vehicles. NOTICE TO ALL BIDDERS!!! All units in this auction will be sold WITH RESERVE unless otherwise posted. The reserve will not be disclosed during the auction nor will it be published or identified that the reserved has been met or not. If the high bid is below the auction reserve the unit will not sell at auctions end, however that bidder will be identified as the top bidder with the highest offer and their maximum bid will be an offer to purchase and presented to the credit union in hopes to procure a sale the following day. The auctioneer will work now on behalf of the highest bidder to get their maximum bid accepted. Please know in the past the auctioneer has had had a 96% closing rate with our credit union regarding reserves not met yet ultimately sold the following day (so don’t think all is lost if the reserve isn’t met). In the case the highest bidder doesn’t perform their duties as a registered bidder the seller may elect to offer the reserve to the next highest bidder or simply re list the item. Offers may be considered post sale by any registered bidder if the reserve hasn’t been met nor hasn’t been accepted by the consigning credit union. Our auctions end late all highest bidders/purchasing bidders will be contacted the following day to inform them of their status. Last, this is a soft close auction. At the end of a listing if there is an incoming bid within the last 2 minutes the auction will be extended another 2 minutes therefore it is NEVER a good idea to wait to the last minute to place your bid, all it will do is extend it for another bidder.
