Madison County Surplus Auto Auction LIVE on Saturday, April 6th at 9:00 am Absentee online bidding available and will end on Friday, April 5th at 7:00 p.m. Auction will be held at the Madison County Jail Parking Lot off of High Street (North side of the jail) All vehicles on the auction have some hail damage. The foregoing personal property is transferred and delivered strictly in "AS IS", "WHERE IS", and in "WITH ALL FAULTS" condition without any representation of quality or condition or any express or implied warranties or guarantees of any kind, nature, or extent whatsoever, and transferor expressly states that THIS TRANSACTION AND CONVEYANCE IS WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PERSONAL PROPERTY. ANY CLAIM FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE, DEFECT, OR FAILURE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PERSONAL PROPERTY IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. BY SIGNING THIS BILL OF SALE, THE TRANSFEREE ACCEPTS THE ABOVE PERSONAL PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING CONDITIONS. Transferee further, by acceptance of this transfer, agrees to remove all lettering, insignia or other indicia on the personal property being conveyed which refers in any manner to the County of Madison, Illinois or any of its departments, agencies, or elected offices. THE TRANSFEREE DOES FURTHER AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE TRANSFEROR FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OR CONDITION OF THE ABOVE PERSONAL PROPERTY FOLLOWING ITS TRANSFER TO TRANSFEREE, INCLUDING CLAIMS OF PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THIRD PARTIES AND/OR EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, OR AGENTS OF THE TRANSFEREE
