FIREARMS NOTICE - All firearms will be sold following the laws of Indiana and Federal ATF regulations. Background checks will be conducted per ATF transfer guidelines. If you can't pass a background check, or can't legally posess firearms, please do not bid on firearms in this auction. Shipping is available for firearms. Federal law requires FFL to FFL shipping per all legal requirements. No firearms will ship directly to non-licensed buyers. EDS is a licensed FFL. NO TRANSFER FEES will be charged to buyers.
