This is an Online Only Toys, Models, Treasures & Collectibles Auction ends March 3rd 2024. Items located at 2S 101 Harter Rd Kaneville IL 60144 Pre-auction inspection of items available on the following dates: Friday February 9th 6:00-9:00pm Saturday February 10th 2:00-4:00pm Friday February 23rd 6:00-9:00pm Saturday February 24th 2:00-4:00pm Other Viewing times available by appointment. Items can be picked up. Friday March 8th 5:00 - 9:00pm Saturday March 9th 2:00pm - 5:00pm Other pick-up times are available by appointment. Terms: All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults, all descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed and not responsible for imitations or reproductions. Note: any descriptions or notes on items or in pictures not provided by Reed's General Merchandise, use at your discretion. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Reed's General Merchandise reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. All local Sales taxes apply unless otherwise listed. 7% sales tax applies unless you have a resale certificate, plus a 13% Buyer's premium (9% house fee + 4% payment fee) Once Auction is complete you will receive an email confirming your winning bids. If you require shipping, then you will be invoiced once shipping costs are established. If you are picking up your items, you can pay at that time. Please contact us with any concerns. Online payments must be made within 72 hours of receipt of the invoice unless otherwise approved by Reed's General Merchandise. Items can be picked up. Friday March 8th 5:00 - 9:00pm Saturday March 9th 2:00pm - 5:00pm Other pick-up times are available by appointment. Local pick up is preferred for the safety of the items, however, shipping arrangements may be made at buyers' expense. (Please contact us with questions before bidding) $10.00 handling fee for items being shipped. If you have any concerns about how to acquire your items after purchase, please contact us. We are very reasonable people and will do our best to accommodate. Reed's General Merchandise and its employees are Not responsible for damage or theft, reasonable efforts will be made to protect sold items. Note: If you require shipping, we will invoice you once we have all the expenses figured out. Reed's General Merchandise does not make any implied or expressed guarantees of monetary value, nor are they licensed appraisers. Any reference of values is provided by third party not affiliated with auction or Reed's General Merchandise. Reed's General Merchandise's staff, family, and friends, as well as qualified online buyers and absentee bidders are permitted to make offers, bids and purchases of any item offered for sale by Reed's General Merchandise or its affiliates. Absentee bids will be offered competitively and in the event of a tie of absentee bids, the bid accepted first will be honored. Reed's General Merchandise reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Reed's General Merchandise can remove items from auction at any time. All disputes arising shall be resolved in Kane County, Illinois. Payment Terms: Cash, Check with State issued Photo I.D. or Major Credit Cards (4% fee) accepted upon local pick up of items purchased via www.HiBid.com. Items requiring shipping will be billed via PayPal.com. (No PayPal account needed) No items will be released until payment is complete including but not limited to: Hammer Price, Shipping / Fees, Taxes, etc. All items sold AS IS/WHERE IS. Not responsible for accidents or items after they are sold. Once Auction is complete you will receive an email confirming your winning bids.
