This auction is an ONLINE ONLY CLEAN OUT AUCTION that starts going off at 6PM on Monday, December 4th, located at 3277 Long Ave. Ext. in Conway, SC 29526. **Credit Cards will be processed immediately following the auction!** Cards prossesing will be capped at $500.00 for a nonrefundable deposit on merchandise won on the auction. Any remaining balance must be paid on pick up day. This auction will be selling the estate of Tom H. Gilbert. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Preview is Monday, December 4th from 12 NOON-6PM - Auction Closes 5/min Monday, December 4th at 6PM - Pick Up is Tuesday, December 5th from 10AM-2PM, located at 3277 Long Ave. Ext. in Conway, SC 29526. Please bring your Paid in Full invoice for quicker pickup and email us to let us know when you are picking up. We will NOT provide any help for loading or moving your merchandise, we will assist customers on where all lots are located. Be prepared and bring help. If merchandise is not picked up it will be lost. The farm equipment lots 500-516 are located at 2748 Cultra Rd. These items were moved from Mr. Gilbert's farm off of Old Reeves Ferry Rd. We moved these items to our warehouse where a forklift will be available for loading. The tractors are currently not running and an update will be posted if we are able to get them running. Be prepared to load the tractors at buyers expense. Shipping is available for all items, reply to your paid in full invoice email on pickup day to let us know you require shipping. We do not know to ship unless we are notified. We are now using Carolina Relocation Services LLC for all packing, shipping, and mailing, located at 6720 Elbow Road in Conway, SC 29527. They will be picking up all shipping items and taking the items back to their facility, where they will correspond directly with shipping customers to see how to ship merchandise and any special shipping instructions.
