Sellers give the description of their items and the Auction Company reports what is given. All makes, models, years, serial numbers, Vin numbers and descriptions are believed to be accurate, but are subject to BIDDER VERIFICATION. No refunds. Please read the full terms and conditions - including but not limited to: - Payments accepted: cash, wire transfer, credit card (except for titled items) - Check payments must be pre-approved (or send a bank letter from the bank.) - 6.25% sales tax applies on any items with a "+" in the lead description and "Plus Tax" in the detailed description. If you win a bid please be responsive and communicate with the auction company. BUYERS PREMIUM: Sliding Buyers Premium Scale 0-$5,000 15% $5,001 is 10% i.e. item that sells for $12,000 is the fee is $1,200.00 PICK UP: Be prepared to pick up rack items Thursday and Friday from 9-4. Bidding Notice:

Pickup December 14 & 15 from 9am-4pm. Rack items must be removed by Friday December 15th. Requests for shipping assistance due by 4 pm on December 15th. We do have an event on Sat. December 16th using our indoor space. Please have all items removed by 4 PM on Friday as we will be setting up for this event and all items indoors will be moved outdoors.

Auction Notice:

Buyers premium of 15% applies to all items $5,000 and down. 10% buyers premium applies to all items over $5,000. Sales tax of 6.25% applies to some items, if you are a re-seller, please send us your current resale certificate to remove sales tax.
