IGA Neoga Illinois Grocery Store Retirement Online Auction . The owners of the IGA in Neoga, IL have decided to retire and have commisioned Mid-State Auction Service to Liqudate the Assest remaining. All equipment is in great condition and was used up till the last day of operation. BID WITH CONFIDENCE!!! Please read all the terms and conditions prior to bidding on this Auction. AUCTION START DATE: October 27th, 2023 @ 7:00pm AUCTION END DATE: November 6th, 2023 @ 7:00pm (Soft Closing Lots) AUCTION PICK UP DATE: November 9th - 10am - 6pm - NOTE this is the only pick up day - Please make needed arrangements to ensure your items can be picked up on this day - Bring equipment/help to load out your purchases as no help or tools will be onsite. If you buy a unit that has freon attached to it you are required to have the freon drained prior to removal. DO NOT BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THERE TERMS AS LISTED!!! Cards on File will be charged for the FULL Invoice amount after the auction closes.
