PLEASE REVIEW ALL INFO BELOW BEFORE BIDDING: Auction items including undeliverables, open box or customer returns or personal property are sold AS-IS. Please view the provided photos and descriptions and bid accordingly. Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Items are untested unless otherwise noted in the description. NEW PICK UP POLICY: Please pick up your auction items on either Friday or Saturday immediately after the auction ends. We can no longer spare the warehouse space necessary to store your auction items for multiple weeks. We are not a storage facility. PLEASE NOTE: Starting in March 2023, we will begin charging storage fees for items that are not picked up on the first Friday/Saturday after auction end. Starting in January 2023 items not picked up by Friday or Saturday immediately after each sale will be subject to a storage fee or will be resold with no refund given. This is an auction, not a lay-away program or storage facility. That's the deal with any auction- we sell it to you regardless of price but you have to pick it up promptly. If you cannot pick your items up promptly on Fri or Sat after the auction ends, please refrain from bidding that week. We appreciate your business and thanks for your cooperation! We're open for auction pick up Friday 11-5 and Saturday 11-3 after each auction closes. Your card on file will be charged immediately after the sale ends and pick up can be made Friday 11-5 or Saturday 11-3 following the auction's close. - After the auction closes, you'll receive an email and a text message that will ask you to select local pick up or shipping for your auction purchases. - Be sure to bring your own boxes and paper if you purchase fragile items. - We'll be open Friday 11-5 and Saturday 11-3 ONLY for pick ups and preview each week and we'll be closed to the public Monday-Thursday. - Please pick up your auction items on either Friday or Saturday immediately after the auction ends. We can no longer spare the warehouse space to store your auction items for multiple weeks. Thanks for your cooperation! - Starting in January 2023 all items MUST be removed on the FIRST Friday or Saturday after each auction. If your items are not removed by the Saturday following the auction, a $5 per lot storage fee will be charged or items may be considered abandoned and resold. - In order to continue offering good deals at auction we need to have items removed promptly after each sale. Please review the info below and view the Terms & Conditions section for more info before bidding. Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. It is the bidder's responsibility to bid accordingly. Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all in-state invoices unless a valid Resale Tax Exemption form is placed on file with our office before you are invoiced. Lots begin Live Catalog closing at the stated closing time. This is a staggered close, as lots close every 10 seconds. All auctions have a soft close: If a bid is placed during the last two minutes, the time will be extended. SHIPPING INFO: ** Although the "Shipping Available" icon appears on each listing, we DO NOT handle shipping large items in house. Buyer is responsible for arranging shipment of large or bulky items. Please ask before bidding. NOTE: Our shipping costs have gone up- we can no longer ship items at rock bottom prices due to rising costs of labor, boxes, bubble wrap, paper, tape, labels, etc. PLEASE TAKE THIS INTO ACCOUNT WHEN BIDDING: Larger items and orders with many items or shipments going to the west coast or southwest US may be expensve to ship. This is the buyer's burden, not ours. -- Shipping is available for an additional charge. If it fits in a standard sized box, it ships! -- TO REQUEST SHIPPING: Please reply to the email or text message you'll receive and select the "Shipping" option. -- Your invoice balance will be charged to your card on file after the auction closes and a second charge for shipping will be charged when we ship out the following week. -- After your items ship out you'll receive an emailed receipt with package tracking info. -- SHIPPING COSTS: We charge an hourly labor rate for packing your shipment, cost of packing materials plus actual postage cost. -- We will combine items into a single box if possible. -- We do not ship large items in-house, so you'll need to arrange your own shipping service for oversized items. Please ask before bidding. -- Postage cost is determined by package weight, size and distance from us to you.
